Our client, a rapidly growing innovator in downhole drilling operations, was lacking a formalized approach to corporate governance which was beginning to impact relationships with customers and prospects. Given the stage and growth trajectory of the business, WK also recommended the modernization of equity offerings. Using our fractional general counsel service delivery model, WK enagaged with stakeholders and quickly created a corporate records book, including an omnibus incentive plan enabling the business to bring on additional expertise to manage exponential growth, while laying the foundation for future investment.
